We bought the broadfork from you about 5 or 6 years ago. Can't remember when exactly. We love it!
Our daughter couldn't force the tongs through a thick root, but managed to to break one of the handles.
I must confess; the one handle that broke was weakened by resting -laying accidentally- in a damp condition outside throughout the last winter.
The other original handle is still good as the day we bought the broadfork. Obviously top notch material.
The delivery of the set of handles was quick enough, just as promised.
My only small complaint is that the pre-drilled holes didn't quite match the fixture. This could be due to a number of factors. That's why I'll leave it at five stars.

Sorry for the pre-drilled holes problem! The wooden handles sometimes curve slightly due to drying. And then the holes don't line up perfectly. We are aware of this problem and are trying to find a solution.
